Us
For us, photo restoration began as a hobby.  Like many, we had boxes of photos, old "black paper" albums and those terrible "magnetic" albums.  With our first digital camera came low-end photo software and our fascination with photo restoration began.  We began working on a few of our photos and this expanded to family and friends.  In a short period of time we realized there was a market for our skills and services.  We invested in state-of-the-art hardware and software and Scott Photo Restoration was born.  Our services are now in demand by local corporations and municipalities.  We also work with national magazines and provide services to the Clark County Historical Museum.

Marie Scott
Marie is the artist in the family.  Her favorite painting mediums are oil and acrylic.  She dabbles with watercolor and occasionally pen and ink.  Her work has been shown in a number of cities.  Marie's artistic eye is seen in the complex restoration work involved in rebuilding large sections of a photo, especially facial features.  Before doing photo restoration, Marie did job development for the developmentally disabled.

Larry Scott
Larry consults to the business on restoration, hardware/software issues and brings a more clinical and graphic-oriented eye to photo restoration which is a marvelous balance to Marie's artistic talents.  Larry has had a long career in commercial radio including a stint as news anchor on WNBC Radio in New York and has an interest in antique studio portrait cameras.  He can be found floating around 2m or 70cm in the Portland / Vancouver area...WA1VET.

Larry also operates VA Watchdog dot Org -- a website designed to help veterans.
